Since our introduction in the UK, Klink has achieved a growth of new sales of 100% year on year for the last three years and we are intent on continuing our trajectory. As such we’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their sales skills and creativity to keep on growing our pipeline and customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the healthcare market in the UK and specifically NHS primary care, extensive experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for someone with a passion for selling a product that has an actual impact — someone with a successful track record selling outcomes, not features.
Key Objectives of the role:
- Develop a deep and comprehensive product and market understanding
- Identify how our solution meets the needs of our target market
- Understand how to best position ourselves against our market competition
- Identify timely new developments in NHS policies relevant to Klinik’s potential reach in the UK
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Create and implement an “area” sales plan through understanding the market dynamics in terms of 1.) ICS procurement cycle and key contacts, 2.) leveraging existing Klinik foothold, 3.) working with relevant partners
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments and make effective qualifying sales calls
- Develop and manage your own pipeline by:
- Following up on marketing qualified leads with product demo presentations and professional sales script
- Managing the sales cycle by pushing deals through the funnel with timed interaction
- Closing the deal and handing them over to the Customer Success Team
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and sales techniques
- Create a structure to capture insights weekly/monthly so it can be fed into the quarterly reporting
Quarterly reporting in terms of sales barriers and drivers based on:
- Customer insights
- Competitor insights
- Market insights
Identify and flag gaps between customer needs and our solution monthly reporting of:
- Sales activities
- Pipeline management
- Sales barriers & drivers
- Required actions
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Working with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Three or more years of experience in managing sales into the NHS
- Experience in consultative selling
- Experience in selling software solutions
- Experience in value based selling
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing deals
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills'
- Fluent in English
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
